On April 16, 2024, we welcomed a client from Mexico who was interested in a 37-meter concrete pump truck. In preparation, I confirmed the client’s itinerary, coordinated with the factory, and arranged all necessary documents. During the meeting, I provided quotations for both SANY and XCMG pump trucks. The client showed more interest in XCMG and mentioned that their company manager would come to China to inspect the factory, also providing the manager’s contact information.

The manager arrived in Shanghai on Sunday and initially planned to visit our headquarters, but due to a tight schedule to Yiwu, the visit was canceled. On Monday evening, the client informed me that they would travel to Xuzhou the next day to see the machines. I immediately contacted Manager Huang and arranged the factory visit. Despite the packed schedule, we had lunch together before heading to the factory. The client confirmed the authenticity of both the factory and the machines, and soon after left to catch the high-speed train back to Yiwu.

After the visit, I updated the quotations according to their feedback and will maintain close follow-up to push forward the order.
