On February 20, 2025, a delegation of customers from Thailand visited SKYMARD for an in-depth inspection and business discussions regarding excavator products. This visit marked an important step toward future collaboration and reflected growing international recognition of our product quality and service.
The delegation was referred by an existing client, highlighting the strong reputation SKYMARD has built in the Southeast Asian market. To ensure a smooth and productive experience, our team confirmed all itinerary details in advance and carefully arranged a time-efficient factory tour tailored to the customers' tight schedule.
Upon arrival in Xuzhou, June Li provided full assistance from airport pickup and dining to onsite coordination. During the factory visit, our technical team conducted live demonstrations and offered detailed explanations on performance, maintenance, and technical features. The clients expressed strong interest and satisfaction with the equipment and overall reception.
Following the visit, our team promptly responded to specific customer requirements and outlined a clear follow-up plan. This successful engagement not only strengthened client trust but also further supported SKYMARD’s expansion into the Southeast Asian market.
