Recently, TAIZHONG's first WK-10C electric shovel delivered to Central Asia successfully completed its trial run in one go, with all performance metrics meeting user expectations. The WK-10C mining excavator, independently developed by TAIZHONG, is a large-scale open-pit mining and loading equipment. It is compatible with 80–154-ton dump trucks and is suitable for stripping and loading operations in various large-scale surface mines.

AC Variable Frequency Drive for Energy Efficiency
To maximize energy savings, the WK-10C adopts a new variable frequency drive system that regenerates braking energy from the motors and redirects it to other power-consuming components, achieving internal energy recycling and efficient conversion.

Innovative Transmission System with Strong Power
The equipment features a mechanical transmission system that converts gear rotation into linear motion through a rack mechanism. This design significantly improves transmission efficiency compared to hydraulic systems and allows the shovel to handle high-pressure, heavy-load operations, enabling faster full-bucket loading, high productivity, and strong adaptability.

Robust Structure for Reliable Performance
The main structural components undergo a computer-controlled annealing process that effectively relieves welding residual stress, extending fatigue life and ensuring stable operation.

In the harsh working conditions of Central Asia—from snowstorms and temperatures below -10°C to extreme heat up to 50°C—TAIZHONG equipment performs reliably.
