On January 15, 2026, customers from the United Arab Emirates visited for a factory inspection related to XCMG wheel loaders. Before the visit, we carefully confirmed the schedule, prepared all necessary product materials, and arranged the factory visit in advance to ensure a smooth inspection process.

This client initially contacted us through an Alibaba inquiry. After receiving machine photos, videos, and detailed specifications, the client expressed a strong interest in seeing the equipment in person at the factory. As the client was unable to come to China, a friend who is studying in China was authorized to visit on his behalf to carry out the on-site inspection. We accompanied the representative to the factory for a thorough machine check and provided detailed explanations during the visit. After the inspection, we arranged transportation back to the hotel.

Following the visit, we promptly organized the quotation and will continue close follow-up to move the cooperation forward.
