Before the visit, we carefully confirmed the itinerary, prepared all necessary product materials, and coordinated with the administrative team to arrange the meeting room in advance to ensure a smooth and productive meeting.

The customer initially contacted us through the MIC platform. After receiving our quotation, product photos, and detailed technical specifications, the customer expressed strong interest in visiting our headquarters, especially since the requested equipment was not available in stock. In response, we traveled overnight to our Shanghai headquarters to accompany the customer during the visit. The customer expressed high satisfaction with our company environment and stated that the visit had left them with a deep impression.
