ZOOMLION's subsidiary Zoomlion Cloud Valley made its large-scale public debut of a comprehensive embodied AI robot portfolio at the 2026 World Robot Conference, presenting an integrated chain of self-developed capabilities across industrial world models, embodied AI equipment, and embodied AI robots.

The exhibit featured a multi-form robot lineup, including the bipedal humanoid robot Z01, the wheeled humanoid robot Z03, and the quadruped robot dogs D15 and D40, alongside self-developed joint modules. Together, these products form a robot portfolio spanning multiple configurations and operational scenarios.

On the software and hardware integration front, ZOOMLION showcased its self-developed embodied AI operating system RobotOps and ZBrain, an embodied AI system designed for industrial robots. RobotOps integrates four core modules—foundational tools, imitation learning, reinforcement learning, and task orchestration—supporting a full lifecycle loop from data collection and model training to simulation validation and deployment maintenance. ZBrain upgrades conventional industrial robots from fixed-program execution to intelligent work units capable of perceiving their environment, understanding tasks, and making autonomous decisions, specifically designed for high-mix, low-volume production scenarios.

In terms of real-world validation, ZOOMLION has completed robot deployment and verification across nearly 20 manufacturing scenarios, covering logistics sorting, wire harness handling, precision assembly, and finished product inspection. In logistics sorting, Z03 collaborates with logistics robots to achieve precise grasping and unstructured sorting of items. In industrial assembly, Z03 completes mirror pre-installation tasks, extending its operational capabilities from handling and sorting to precision assembly. Z01 uses imitation learning to master wire harness grasping, sorting, and binding skills, completing the orderly arrangement of unstructured objects.

Leveraging real-world operating data generated year-round by more than 300 intelligent production lines and over 2,000 industrial robots, ZOOMLION continues to iterate its AI models and algorithms. The company stated that embodied AI robots have become its "third growth curve" and that it will adhere to the philosophy of "building robots with an industrial mindset," advancing the technology from laboratory research to scalable industrial deployment.
