On December 12, SANY Commercial Vehicle
Extreme Cold Test Base was officially established in Mohe, marking another
solid step forward for SANY in the field of product testing.
Mohe's winter is
very cold and long, lasting about 180 to 210 days. The temperature below minus
20℃ starts in November every year and ends in March of the following year, with
the lowest temperature reaching minus 50℃, which is very suitable for
commercial vehicles, especially new energy commercial vehicles, to verify their
adaptability and reliability in extreme cold environments, as well as
performance tests such as air conditioning, battery thermal management, and
cruising range.
SANY Commercial Vehicle Extreme Cold Test Base has SANY's exclusive test
routes, charging piles, maintenance sites, offices and other test resources,
which can meet the test and verification of commercial vehicles and parts and
equipment under extreme cold conditions. Since the beginning of this year, SANY
Commercial Vehicle Test Center has planned 6 vehicles for more than 40
performance tests and nearly 40,000km mileage verification.
On the same day, the guests also came to SANY's exclusive test site to
personally ride SANY dump trucks to inspect the test route. The total mileage
of the test route is about 30km, which can easily accommodate more than 10
commercial vehicles for testing at the same time, and the daily test mileage
can reach more than 300 kilometers.
The establishment of the SANY Commercial Vehicle Extreme Cold Test Base also
marks the debut of SANY Commercial Vehicle in Mohe, the northernmost part of
China. With its excellent quality and innovative technology, it has conquered
this extremely cold land. In the future, SANY's new energy commercial vehicles
will also become the most dazzling "star" in Mohe with its
revolutionary design and pioneering intelligence.
