On February 15, 2025, SKYMARD welcomed a new customer from Algeria for an in-depth discussion on the purchase of ZL50GN loaders. To ensure a professional reception, the business team confirmed the customer’s itinerary in advance, arranged a meeting room, prepared a detailed presentation and materials, and created a welcome poster.

The initial inquiry was made on February 9. After efficient communication, both sides reached a preliminary agreement and scheduled an on-site meeting. Following the manager’s suggestion, team members personally greeted the customer at the high-speed rail station. During a warm lunch exchange and a comprehensive meeting, the team introduced the product thoroughly and carefully noted the customer’s requirements.

After the meeting, the team and the customer enjoyed a friendly game of billiards and had dinner together to build stronger rapport. The day ended with the team accompanying the customer to the airport.
