On August 8, 2024, SKYMARD welcomed a returning client from El Salvador, introduced via an internal referral. The visit focused on tractors, excavators, and backhoe loaders.

Prior to the visit, we coordinated with multiple factories and prepared a presentation to ensure smooth communication. The client visited the factory where their previous order was produced and held a face-to-face discussion with engineers regarding product performance and after-sales solutions.

The client also expressed strong interest in CATERPILLAR and XCMG equipment, mentioning that their friends may have related procurement needs.

Follow-up: We shared detailed quotations and supporting documents, and continued to provide assistance during the client’s remaining stay in China.
