On August 8, 2024, SKYMARD welcomed returning customers from El Salvador, introduced via an internal referral. The visit focused on tractors, excavators, and backhoe loaders.

Prior to the visit, we coordinated with multiple factories and prepared a presentation to ensure smooth communication. The client visited the factory where their previous order was produced and held a face-to-face discussion with engineers regarding product performance and after-sales solutions.

The client also expressed strong interest in CATERPILLAR and XCMG equipment, mentioning that their friends may have related procurement needs.

Follow-up: We shared detailed quotations and supporting documents, and continued to provide assistance during the client’s remaining stay in China.
